This image first appeared on page 1 of the May 30, 1977 edition of The Indiana Daily Student with the following caption, in full: "With warm and humid temperatures Saturday, University Chancellor Herman B Wells casually strolled through the campus on his way to work." This image also appears on page 21 of the July/August 1977 edition of the Indiana Alumni Magazine; page B10 of the Fall 1977 Welcome Back Edition of The Indiana Daily Student; as well as page 5 of the magazine "200: The Bicentennial Magazine" (Jan. 2019, v.2, no. 1) published by the IU Office of the Bicentennial. |
