description:

This photograph scanned from the scrapbook of Dean L. Barnhart. The distortion is the result of the print being glued into the scrapbook and is not a result of the scanning process. The event seen here might be taking place during the occassion of "The Last Supper" held on June 12, 1908 and billed as a "Farewell love feast of the brothers". The buildings seen here are along the south side of the 400 block of Kirkwood Avenue. The two-story house at far right is the Booth House which is still today (2022) located on the northwest corner of Kirkwood and Dunn. At left, behind the trees, is the one-story Mollie Spaulding House at 425 E. Kirkwood which was, at one time, used by Kappa Alpha Psi.
