Deborah Eisenberg (born 1945) is the author of four highly-regarded collections of
stories:
The collection is organized into the following series: I. Writings; II. Correspondence; III. Biographical Materials; IV. Business Records; V. Miscellaneous.
The collection consists of manuscript drafts, notes, galley proofs, correspondence and other materials pertaining to author and playwright Deborah Eisenberg. Writings include notes, drafts, page proofs, and clippings related to Eisenberg's short stories and story collections. Correspondents include James Atlas, Richard Avedon, Ann Beattie, L. Rust Hills, Angela Himsel, Verity Lambert, Craig Lucas, Judith Martin, Gregory Mosher, Michael Naumann, Ellen Neuwald, Nina Rosenwald, and Jason Shinder.
Biographical Materials include a Woodstock Country School 1964 graduation booklet,
alumni correspondence and directory. Business Records pertain to publishing
